Home-like feeling, Early check-in, Quiet location

The overall vibe reminded me of my grandmother's house, complete with musty room smells!!! Furniture needs a refresh or an upgrade. WiFi issues drove me up the wall during my stay!!! The shower height was uncomfortable for taller guests!!!

I really enjoyed my stay in the villa with the cozy kitchen and loved the complimentary drink from the fridge! The garden area was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the sun loungers were a nice touch. Just a heads up, the rooms were a bit snug and I noticed a slight musty smell, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 😊

The staff were incredibly welcoming. upon arrival, Patrick gave us a tour of the place and made us feel like we belonged. Our room was spacious and had this amazing heated blanket that made our nights so much better.

Place has a homely feel and is located on a quiet street but close to fun shops and restaurants. And the art displays around the hotel are really interesting.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large family and service dog. Breakfast was a true highlight, with delicious options just like in the good old B&B days. Plus, the nearby Ponsonby area had vibrant restaurants and shops to explore.

In my kids’ opinion, they wished there were more playgrounds nearby.
